One of the MCM Project managers supervises the implementation of construction works. They accompany the Investor from the onset of the construction till the moment of obtaining a decision on the occupancy permit. The manager monitors not only the construction works, but also the keeping of the construction log and the completion of all administrative formalities in a timely manner. To be able to start using the new facility, having completed the process of construction, the last entry in the construction log must be performed. Then the State Sanitary Inspection, State Fire Service and, if necessary, Construction Supervision must be notified. Having received occupancy permit application, the building supervision authorities issue the permission within 21 days.
